Division Administrator - Onsite, Nashville TN
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content to these headings.
We have:
- About the role: maybe Job Summary? Could be "About the role" heading with job summary content.
- Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities and Key Responsibilities (they overlap). We'll combine into a Responsibilities section with list items.
- Requirements / Qualifications: Preferred Skills & Experience (maybe also Master's degree etc). Could be Requirements or Qualifications. We'll put under Requirements.
- Skills: maybe Preferred Skills & Experience also includes skills; but we already used that. Could also have Skills section separate but we should avoid duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine.
- Benefits, Pay, Schedule: Not present in posting. So we should NOT include those sections.
- Also we have "About the Division of Diabetes..." and "About The Division of Rheumatology...". Those could be under "About the role"? Or maybe separate sections like "About the Division". But allowed headings list only includes those specific ones. We cannot create other headings. So we must fit content into allowed headings or drop? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning those are examples, but we should use those headings when appropriate. It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Likely we should stick to those headings. However we have division descriptions that are substantive; we could put them under "About the role" as part of role description. Or we could create a section "About the role" that includes job summary and division overviews.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Thus we will produce:
About the role
About the role
Job summary: ...
About the Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism: ...
About the Division of Rheumatology and Immunology: ...
Then Responsibilities: combine Primary Responsibilities and Key Responsibilities (they are similar). We'll list bullet points. Then Requirements / Qualifications: Preferred Skills & Experience (including Master's degree, leadership experience, etc). Also maybe include "Technical Capabilities" and "Core Accountabilities" and "Core Capabilities" as part of Requirements? Those are more about competencies. Could be under Requirements or Skills. But we have limited headings. Could put under Requirements. We also have "Technical Capabilities" describing professional administrative functions; that's more about the environment, maybe not a requirement. Could be omitted? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could be under Requirements as a list. Similarly Core Accountabilities and Core Capabilities are also substantive; we need to include them. Thus we may need multiple sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. But we can combine many into Requirements. But we must not create sections with filler text. All content must be present. Thus we could have:About the role

Technical Capabilities
but that's not in allowed list. However we could treat as part of Requirements or Skills. But we must preserve all substantive info; we could include under Requirements as additional bullet points. Similarly Core Accountabilities and Core Capabilities could be under Requirements. Thus we can have one Requirements section with all those bullet points. But we must not lose the headings like "Core Accountabilities: Organizational Impact: ..." etc. We need to keep that text. Thus we will create a Requirements section with sub-bullets for each bullet point from those sections. Let's extract the content: Preferred Skills & Experience bullet list (already captured). Technical Capabilities paragraph: "Our professional administrative functions include critical supporting roles in information technology and informatics, finance, administration, legal and community affairs, human resources, communications and marketing, development, facilities, and many more. At our growing health system, we support each other and encourage excellence among all who are part of our workforce. High-achieving employees stay at Vanderbilt Health for professional growth, appreciation of benefits, and a sense of community and purpose." That's substantive; we need to keep it. Core Accountabilities: list of items with asterisks. We need to keep each bullet. Core Capabilities: includes Supporting Colleagues, Delivering Excellent Services, Ensuring High Quality, Managing Resources Effectively with sub-bullets. We need to preserve all. Thus we will create a Requirements section with sub-sections? But we cannot add extra headings beyond h3. However we can embed paragraphs and lists inside the section. We'll do:Requirements
