About the role
Lotspeich Co. of FL, Inc. is seeking a Division 10 Project Manager with Division 10 knowledge and experience to prepare comprehensive estimates and proposals, manage project costs, and coordinate successfully with other in-house divisions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive estimates and proposals for the General Contractor or owner
- Negotiate job costs (material and labor) to help ensure project award
- Manage and coordinate projects with other in-house divisions
- Interpret project costs and review them with Field Management to ensure profitability and excellence
- Process change orders and review project costs
- Attend construction-related events, meetings, and seminars relevant to the scope of work
- Manage subordinate superintendents, providing direction, coordination, and evaluation
Requirements
- Cursory or working knowledge of Division 10 construction
- Good sales abilities and negotiation skills
