Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Affords assistance in the implementation and operation of the Diversion Control Program.
  • Conducts investigative research via the Internet and public record databases.
  • Conducts Customer Due Diligence (DD) and Suspicious Order Monitoring (SOM) Investigations.
  • Maintains and adjusts customer OMP parameters, as per Diversion Control Program policy.
  • Acts as liaison and maintains contact with Sales and Customer Maintenance departments regarding diversion control concerns.
  • Acts as liaison with distribution center compliance teams.
  • Generates and reviews statistical data on a monthly basis, as directed.
  • Assists with DC pre-audit preparation and interviews with state and federal regulators.
  • Assists with targeted, on-site pharmacy visits, as assigned.
  • Assists with internal associate training on the Diversion Control Program to other ABC business units, as assigned.
  • Thoroughly organizes and documents all investigative and due diligence process results for future retrieval.
  • Collaborates with peers and directors to work through duties and expectations.
  • Documents all work in a timely and organized fashion for future retrieval purposes.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Performs related duties, as assigned.

Experience And Educational Requirements

Requires broad training in fields such as criminal justice, business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires minimum 3 years of industry related experience.

Minimum Skills, Ability And Knowledge Requirements

  • Excellent organization and administrative skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and preferably familiarity with SAP.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Pay

This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
