We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should strip the final EEO line. Also maybe "Who Are We?" and core values may be considered company description; it's substantive? It's about the company, not job specifics. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The company description may be considered substantive? It's not directly about the job but part of posting. Usually we keep it? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Company description is not those. So we can keep it.
But we need to decide sections: About the role (maybe Job Description), Responsibilities, Requirements (What You’ll Need), Other (maybe Other), Physical Demands, Work Environment, Benefits, Pay, Schedule? We only include sections if posting has real specific content.
We have:
- Job Description (intro) could be under "About the role" or maybe we just put a for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create headings for sections we have.
We have Responsibilities: The bullet list of duties (the "A Day in the Life" list). That's responsibilities.
We have Requirements: "What You’ll Need" list.
We have Other: "Must be willing to travel..." etc. Could be under "Other" or maybe combine with Requirements? But we can have a separate "Other" heading if content is specific.
Physical Demands: we have details.
Work Environment: details.
Benefits: we have "Benefits Offered To Union Craft Workers Include 401k, Employee Assistance Program..." plus mention that hourly rate and benefits may vary. That's specific enough for Benefits section.
Pay: we have "The hourly rate may vary depending on geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience." That's specific about pay variation. So we can include Pay section.
Schedule: we have mentions of long hours, evenings, weekends in Other and Physical Demands. But schedule specifics? Not explicit schedule like "full-time", "shift". The posting mentions "Employee may be required to work long hours, including evenings and weekends." That's schedule info. Could be under Schedule. But we already have that in Other and Physical Demands. Might be redundant. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we incorporate schedule info into Other or Physical Demands, and not create a separate Schedule section unless we have explicit schedule details. Since we have only generic "long hours, evenings, weekends", we could put that under Other or Physical Demands. But we already have Physical Demands includes "The employee may be required to work long hours, including evenings and weekends." So we can keep that there and not create Schedule.
Thus sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements, Other (travel, drug test, long hours?), Physical Demands, Work Environment, Benefits, Pay.
We need to avoid duplicative lines. Ensure we don't repeat same sentences.
Let's extract content precisely.
Intro: "The Diver/Dive Tender will be required to serve in various roles of tending, diving, and standby diver. Responsibilities will include accomplishing underwater and topside tasks per project requirements. Projects vary from dredging, burning, welding, drilling, concrete work, and many other tasks. May assist other craft workers as needed."
That's the first paragraph.
Responsibilities: The list from "A Day in the Life" bullet points. Let's list them as
for the intro. The instruction: use
