District Support Pharmacist, Part-time

CVS Health · Boise, ID · 1 mo ago
On-site$60–$76/hrPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a description about purpose, etc. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: The initial paragraph about CVS Health mission, purpose, etc. Could be considered "About the role". We'll include. - Responsibilities: The list of DSP responsibilities bullet points. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • each. - Requirements: The "Required Qualifications" and "Essential Functions" maybe combine? The instructions: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. Typically "Required Qualifications" could go under Requirements or Qualifications. We have both "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Also "Essential Functions" list many abilities. Could treat "Required Qualifications" as Requirements, and "Preferred Qualifications" as Qualifications? Or maybe "Qualifications" heading for both required and preferred? But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's think. We have content: - Required Qualifications: Active Pharmacist License, Active NPI, Not on DEA Excluded Parties list. - Essential Functions: many bullet points (Ability to travel..., Regular attendance..., Ability to complete required training..., Attention and Focus..., Customer Service..., Communication Skills..., Mathematical Reasoning..., Problem Resolution..., Physical Demands..., Express or exchange ideas..., Have ability to receive detailed information..., Any additional tasks...). This is essentially job requirements/skills. - Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of related work experience... - Benefits: description of benefits for part-time: dental, vision, wellness resources, employee discounts, access to certain voluntary benefits, other programs. - Pay: Pay Range $60.00 - $76.00 hourly. - Schedule: Anticipated Weekly Hours 10, Time Type Part time. Thus we can map: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: the DSP responsibilities list. - Requirements: maybe combine Required Qualifications + Essential Functions? But we have separate headings for Requirements and Qualifications. Could put Required Qualifications under Requirements, and Essential Functions under Skills? Or Skills could be the essential functions (abilities). Let's assign: - Requirements: Required Qualifications (license, NPI, not on DEA list). - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (1-2 years experience) maybe also include Essential Functions? But Essential Functions are more like skills/abilities. Could treat them as Skills. - Skills: Essential Functions list. - Benefits: benefits description. - Pay: pay range. - Schedule: weekly hours and time type. We must not create sections with placeholder text. All have real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove those. We must not include application instructions (like "Qualified applicants with arrest..."). We must not include navigation/cookie etc. We must preserve all substantive information. Thus produce HTML:

We must ensure no extra sections like "About the role" duplicate content? Already included. Check for any boilerplate left: We removed EEO, legal, accommodation, application window, arrest records, etc. Also removed "Our diverse work experience empowers colleagues..." which is somewhat fluff but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about values; could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to keep but it's somewhat generic. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Our diverse work experience empowers colleagues..." is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered fluff. However it's substantive about values; but we already have About the role covering mission. Might be safe to keep? But to be safe, we could omit that paragraph as it's somewhat generic and not specific to the role. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That paragraph is substantive about company values; but it's not role-specific. Might be considered boilerplate? It's about diversity and values; could be considered EEO-related? It's not exactly EEO but still generic. I'd lean to keep it in About
