District Staffing Lead

About The Role

You’ll play a critical role in building strong tax office teams by recruiting, screening, and engaging candidates and students throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle—helping ensure our offices are staffed with qualified associates ready to support our clients.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Self-starter with the willingness to learn new skills and work independently
• Able to effectively communicate in person and virtually
• Experience with computer systems and technology (i.e Microsoft Office, Teams)
• High school diploma / GED/ equivalent or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system
• 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environment

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.16 - $65.00/Hr. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.
