About the role
The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position starting in July and ending in November. Responsibilities include all aspects of store operations such as sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink management, and related functions. Additionally, responsibilities include the construction and opening, operating, and closing/tear down of assigned Spirit stores.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales and payroll
- Recruit, train, and manage employees
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
- Control expenses and monitor shrinkage
- Oversee store operations from opening to closing
- Construct and tear down stores as needed
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- A flexible schedule
- 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position
Qualifications
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift up to 50 pounds, and work extended hours
Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule is flexible but includes long hours during peak seasons.
