District Sales Manager - Spirit

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and payroll for up to three stores
• Recruit, train, and manage employees
• Control expenses and monitor shrinkage
• Construct and operate assigned Spirit stores
• Close and tear down stores

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• A flexible schedule
• 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift up to 50 pounds, and work more than 8 hours per day

Benefits

Dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Pay

$1,050 - $1,075 per week

Schedule

Seasonal position starting in July and ending in November
