District Sales Manager - Spirit

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and payroll for assigned stores
• Recruit, train, and manage employees
• Control expenses and monitor shrinkage
• Construct and operate assigned Spirit stores
• Closing and tear down of assigned Spirit stores

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• A flexible schedule
• 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in excess of 8 hours

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in retail operations

Benefits

• Seasonal position starting in July and ending in November

Pay

• Weekly rate ranges from $1,050 - $1,075 per week

Schedule

• Seasonal position with varying hours based on store needs
