This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a multi-unit retail operation, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Palm Beach Tan retail locations within the districtTrain, coach, and develop salon leadership to lead high-performing teams in the retail sales environmentDrive sales performance, membership growth, and key retail KPIs across all locationsConduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and customer service excellenceAnalyze district sales reports and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitabilityEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational proceduresPartner with corporate leadership on marketing initiatives, promotions, and new product launches Requirements: 3+ years of multi-unit retail management or district management experienceProven track record of driving sales growth and managing P&L in a retail environmentStrong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing multiple locationsExcellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in retail reporting tools and sales analyticsAbility to travel regularly within the district to conduct store visitsHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred About Us: Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is a proud franchisee of one of the nation's leading tanning salon brands, known for delivering premium UV and sunless tanning services in a welcoming, upscale environment.
