District Representative

The District Representative is responsible for overseeing client relationships and commercial activities related to the oil and gas production systems. You will be primarily responsible for revenue and profit growth of ChampionX programs and services in targeted accounts within the Oil and Gas industries.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for clients involved in refined product sales, transportation, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and expansion.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve service issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Business, Science, Math
  • Minimum of 3 years of chemical experience
  • Strong understanding of product specifications, blending, and logistics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools
  • Ability to travel to client sites and operational facilities as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or a STEM-related field
  • Familiarity with logistics and inventory management systems
  • Experience with SAP systems
  • Experience with technical sales or field sales support
  • Experience in oil and gas industry
  • High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems)
  • Prior experience that required excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior experience that demonstrated strong ethics, effective time management, ability to multitask, adaptability, autonomy, and self-motivation
