Position Responsibilities and Duties
- Stresses the importance that safety is the most important function, ensuring that all employees follow safe practices while working
- Ensure industry safety compliance and hold all team members accountable
- Lead and manage a team of Regional and Level 4 Leads to ensure project tasks are on schedule and of the highest quality
- Affordable and assist Regional and Level 4 Leads to develop detailed forecasting of the operational activities required for various equipment
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Always seek ways to increase the quality of customer service and improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Work with the management team to manage and maintain compliance in key markets
- Oversee the management and development of technicians, equipment suppliers, distributors, and service companies required to operate competitively and deliver top notch service
- Focus on developing Systems and metrics/KPI reporting through business intelligence platforms that allow the company to continue to scale without breakdowns of service or a loss of quality
- Ensure all operations are carried on in a professional, cost-effective way
- Coordinate and oversee Company’s new initiatives
- Cooking and providing cross-team learning opportunities
- Assessing and suggesting improved processes, collaborating on new technologies, and coordinating with EPC management regarding the implementation of these improvements
- Champion diversity and inclusion as an unconscious part of SOLV Energy culture
- Maintain strong industry relationships
- Maintain congruence with Market Intelligence
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements
- College degree in related Management field preferred
- 5+ Years as a Regional Lead or equivalent
- Strong leadership/management/communication skills
- Strong organizational/prioritizing skills
- Ability to make significant independent judgments
- 30% travel
- Support planned and forced outages on sites as necessary - overnight stay may be required
- Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license
- Experience working for a diverse multi-disciplined employee-owned company
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate vision into an executable plan
- Entrepreneurial spirit

Compensation Range
$119,025.00 - $142,830.00
