Position Responsibilities and Duties

  • Stresses the importance that safety is the most important function, ensuring that all employees follow safe practices while working
  • Ensure industry safety compliance and hold all team members accountable
  • Lead and manage a team of Regional and Level 4 Leads to ensure project tasks are on schedule and of the highest quality
  • Affordable and assist Regional and Level 4 Leads to develop detailed forecasting of the operational activities required for various equipment
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Always seek ways to increase the quality of customer service and improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Work with the management team to manage and maintain compliance in key markets
  • Oversee the management and development of technicians, equipment suppliers, distributors, and service companies required to operate competitively and deliver top notch service
  • Focus on developing Systems and metrics/KPI reporting through business intelligence platforms that allow the company to continue to scale without breakdowns of service or a loss of quality
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in a professional, cost-effective way
  • Coordinate and oversee Company’s new initiatives
  • Cooking and providing cross-team learning opportunities
  • Assessing and suggesting improved processes, collaborating on new technologies, and coordinating with EPC management regarding the implementation of these improvements
  • Champion diversity and inclusion as an unconscious part of SOLV Energy culture
  • Maintain strong industry relationships
  • Maintain congruence with Market Intelligence

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements

  • College degree in related Management field preferred
  • 5+ Years as a Regional Lead or equivalent
  • Strong leadership/management/communication skills
  • Strong organizational/prioritizing skills
  • Ability to make significant independent judgments
  • 30% travel
  • Support planned and forced outages on sites as necessary - overnight stay may be required
  • Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Experience working for a diverse multi-disciplined employee-owned company
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate vision into an executable plan
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

Compensation Range

$119,025.00 - $142,830.00
