About the role

A District Manager is accountable for driving district-wide business results, through the effective selection, training and coaching of the store management team in key areas of retail revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing store financial data
• Managing expenses
• Making decisions on marketing and merchandising execution
• Developing the store team
• Providing outstanding customer service

Requirements

• A 4 year Degree in a business related area or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 years retail management experience, 2 of those years as a multi-unit manager

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills including Word and Excel

Skills

• Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours in length
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
