District Leader

About the role

The District Leader role is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a portfolio of childcare centers in a dynamic market. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, empowering, and engaging a team of Center Directors and teaching staff, driving consistent focus on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence, nurturing customer relationships, and enhancing family acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage a very hardworking team of Center Directors and teaching staff
• Drive consistent focus on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence throughout your district
• Nurture customer relationships throughout the market while driving and supporting sound business decisions with children and families in mind
• Lead a business portfolio, identify sales opportunities, and drive business decisions to increase revenue, customer retention, and acquisition

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader
• Ability to identify, develop, retain and engage a successful team
• Strong business insight; ability to drive financial results and identify sales opportunities
• Leadership experience in a customer and talent-focused environment
• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in early childhood education or related field preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Range of pay: $95,000.00 - $160,500.00

In the state of Minnesota, an additional $3.00 per hour premium on all classroom hours worked is provided through the Minnesota Great Start Grant Compensation Support Program.

Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of both the District Leader and the centers they oversee.
