District Head Coach - Girls Wrestling

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a wrestling program that meets the needs of student-athletes in the Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the wrestling team, including scheduling practices, games, and competitions.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding interscholastic athletics.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the wrestling team, fostering a positive and competitive environment.
• Collaborate with other coaches, administrators, and support staff to enhance the overall athletic program.

Requirements

• Must hold a NJ teaching or substitute certificate.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching girls wrestling at the high school level is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

• Stipend: $8,600

Pay

• The stipend amount is $8,600.
