Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the training of new employees.
- Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols.
- Respond to customer needs and provide exceptional service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using various types of equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
