Distribution Trainer (Bilingual)

Seeking Distribution Leads (Trainers) to support peak season operations. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs.

Pay

$25.25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach new and existing associates.
• Reinforce safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Monitor training progress and provide feedback.
• Support onboarding and daily operations.
• Assist leadership with staffing and operational needs.

Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Previous training or coaching experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shifts as needed.
• Ability to travel between Hebron, Walton, and other facilities.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Clean criminal background for the past 10 years.
• Drug screen required.
• Resume required; interview with client mandatory.
