Distribution Trainee - Fire Protection

About the role
This 18-month immersive training and development program is designed to prepare recent or upcoming college graduates (BS/BA) for key roles in our organization. You’ll gain exposure to multiple aspects of the business, helping identify a career path through hands-on learning in sales and operations of a distribution business. The program focuses on operational and leadership development, supporting your growth in an industry that directly impacts local communities and critical infrastructure.
Requirements
- Recent college graduate or upcoming graduate in the spring with a BS/BA
- Less than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships)

$21.15 - $30.22 per hour
