Distribution Specialist - Santa Ana

How I will contribute

• Review and properly prepare paycheck packages for shipping.
• Making sure they arrive to our clients accurately and on time.
• Receiving deliveries and coordinating supplies for building, wrapping, and sorting your outbound packages.
• Using modern technology systems to sort and prepare orders for expedited delivery.
• Rotating through different phases of payroll distribution with the team.
• Gather reports and checks from the printers.
• Follow client instructions and prepare information in a presentable package for our clients.
• Organize, maintain, and retain accurate records and manifests of all items packaged.
• Maintain Fed Ex/USPS operating systems.
• Aid the payroll specialist team with delivery instructions as needed.
• Support any ad hoc projects critical to our company success.
• Work overtime during our busy seasons.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
• Basic general computer skills.
• Standing and/or moving for the duration of your shift.
• Team player, supportive, and helpful with your co-workers and clients.
• Ability to work M-F with overtime including some evenings and weekends.
