Specializes in inventory control and order fulfillment for the entire distribution warehouse.
Provides support to logistic clerks and forklift operators while ensuring policy and procedure adherence.
Ensures sterile medical devices & non-sterile raw materials are received according to policy.
Guarantees compliance to the policies that dictate the transfer of finished goods to inventory.
Provides support and training to logistic clerks and forklift operators.
Ensures orders are fulfilled and deadlines are met.
Picks and consolidates customer orders.
Ensures inventory discrepancies are resolved.
Affords assistance with the occasional finished goods and raw material cycle counts across various locations around the warehouse.
Packages orders & generates shipping labels/packing slips based on various ship methods.
Buys, wraps, straps & tags intercompany/international orders based on required ship methods.
Guarantees warehouse supply inventory is maintained.
Affords assistance with the occasional marketing, sales & sample special orders fulfillment while verifying shipping methods.
Maintains a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
Performs a variety of other tasks and related work, as required.

Education and/or experience equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.
A minimum of three (3) years of shipping/receiving, distribution, and logistical experience.
Forklift certification required.
Proficient in all logistical operations for shipping and receiving/distribution warehouse:

Receiving finished goods and materials
Picking international and domestic sales orders/intercompany move orders
Consolidating and manifesting orders
Cycle counting/inventory control
Well versed in the systematical building of large international/intercompany shipments
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other additional computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing, data entry/data analysis and other applicable software programs).
Experience with item picking, receiving/replenishment, and shipping domestic/international sales/intercompany orders.
Adequate experience in analyzing and comprehending product labeling/shipping documents.
Proficiency in all shipping departments.
Proficiency in product retrieval/Order fulfillment/packing slip & shipping label verification
Package weighing/pack slip/label printing/placement experience.
Demonstrated experience in sample order packaging/shipment preparation/shipment method verification.

Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
