Distribution Quality Technician - 1st Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout all areas of the distribution center (DC).
- Focus on supplier compliance and adherence to industry standards for EDI, packing slip accuracy, labeling, and general packing and inbound shipping quality.
- Establish and maintain a strategic and collaborative relationship with a remote team in Pittsburgh and support the internal distribution team.
- Ensure the adherence for suppliers to meet our Operational Requirements and the penetration of electronic transaction utilization.
Non-Negotiable Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma
- 2 years of Distribution/Operations/Manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong cross functional relationship building
- Independent self-motivated worker
