What You’ll Do

Never The Same Day Twice.

• Join our team and learn how retail operations and our logistics networks partner to keep our business running efficiently
• Lead a team of warehouse associates while keeping efficiency and safety top of mind
• Be exposed to professional development, networking, and volunteer events
• Work on a process improvement project and present to Distribution executive team members

Who We Are Looking For

• Candidates with a genuine interest in a long-term career within our worldwide logistics operation
• Rising Juniors and Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in 2-year degree program
• Available for the full duration of the summer internship program
• Strong analytical thinkers with sophisticated problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership experience, team collaboration and strong communication skills
• The confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• An entrepreneurial drive, strong worth ethic, and business acumen
• Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule depending on business needs

Post Internship

Upon successful completion of this internship, high performing interns may be presented with a future offer to return to TJX for a 2nd internship or as a full-time Distribution Supervisor!

Pay and Benefits

Starting pay range: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
