Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate and incorporate principles of safety.
• Pick and pack orders to ensure proper pulling, packaging, and loading for shipment.
• Ensure all orders are loaded correctly on the designated trailer with complete paperwork.
• Develop and maintain a clean, safe working environment and participate in safety programs and required trainings.
• Sort and move product interdepartmentally using material handling equipment, such as forklifts and RF units.
• Perform duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and supports departmental, team, and company missions.
• Adhere to attendance policies and maintain a flexible schedule as needed.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude within the workforce.
• Ensure inventory integrity and perform other assigned duties to support successful operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Warehouse hand-held ERP technology experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
• Forklift certification or prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time.
