Distribution Lead

About the role

As a Distribution Lead, you will oversee the efficient operation of the distribution center, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. You will manage a team of distribution associates, providing guidance and training to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and supply chain best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This role is full-time non-exempt and requires on-site work at our Scranton, PA location.
