Hourly rate: $26.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential.

We are hiring Distribution – Forklift Operators on our 3rd shift at our manufacturing facility in Kent, WA. You will report to the shift supervisor and join a team of 235 + team members.

Location: Kent, Washington

Responsibilities

• Rotate to all positions of Distribution Specialist.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work overtime to meet production deadlines.
• Perform other Distribution Specialist tasks as assigned.
• Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.

Skills

• Follow plant work standards, high quality and productivity standards per plant requirements.
• Understand safety/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
• Meet internal and external customer expectations through teamwork, respect, and willingness to help and support others.
• Treat all team members with respect and maintain positive relationships with peers, leadership, and customers.
• Improve performance and work processes through feedback, risk‑taking, and generating new ideas.
• Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate actions.
• Confront issues and communicate with all levels within the plant.
• Accept accountability and responsibility for one’s work.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work varying hours and shifts, with occasional to frequent overtime.
• Certified forklift operator (written and behind‑the‑wheel test) with annual recertification.
• Minimum two years of previous forklift driving experience; must have driven a forklift within the last six months.
• Experience with SAP.
