Distribution Engineer 2

About the role

This role is responsible for developing and facilitating engaging technical training programs focused on standards, distribution system design (including load flow, voltage drop, and network optimization), and regulatory compliance, while also mentoring and coaching engineers to strengthen technical capability and performance. The ideal candidate will combine real-world experience in designing and managing electrical distribution systems with the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into practical, easy-to-understand training content.
