Distribution Driver - Full Time

As a Distribution Driver at The Key Training Center, you’ll make a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. Based in Citrus County, you’ll get to work locally and help residents live better lives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accepts daily work/pickup/delivery assignments from the Distribution Manager
• Assists with loading/unloading donated/purchased items on daily pickups and deliveries
• Provides donation receipts as requested
• Assists customers with loading and unloading purchases and/or donations at all thrift store locations
• Assists in moving, rearranging, and restructuring furniture areas in each store as scheduled
• Cleans various store areas (inside and out) as needed or required
• Treats the public in a courteous, cheerful, and tactful manner
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred, but not required
• Valid Florida driver license with safe driver rating required
• Ability to deal courteously, tactfully, and efficiently with staff members and the general public
• Emotional stability and maturity with a genuine interest in working with program participants
• Willingness to comply with in-service, training, or other mandates
• Ability to work independently or unsupervised
