Distribution Cut Table Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate cut table to maximize output.
• Inspect carpet for any defects before being tagged, wrapped, and marked for shipment.
• Operate lift truck.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Performance Expectations

• Standing and walking approximately 8 hours per shift.
• Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, walking, and squatting throughout shift.
• Must be able to distinguish colors and shades.
• Must be able to use scissors.

Experience/Education Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Must be able to do basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).
• Computer or data entry skills are preferred.

Other Requirements

• Overtime is required on occasion.
• All accidents must be reported immediately.
