Distribution Center Supervisor (Dekalb, IL)

The Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of 50+ production hourly employees on the 2nd Shift. You will implement process improvements in Safety, Quality, and Productivity at the DK6 Distribution Center in DeKalb, IL. You will determine staffing deployments and task prioritizations for the shift, support Lean Six Sigma annual cost savings goals, and lead the 2nd Shift Crew in Lean Management System Tier meetings.

You are willing to work 2nd Shift hours (2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Three (3) years of Leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Five (5) years of experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environment
• Additional qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or Engineering from an accredited institution
• Skills include public speaking, conflict resolution, time management, team building, data analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of all warehouse processes

Compensation

The expected compensation range for this position is $84,595 - $103,394, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
