This role offers total responsibility for operating an efficient, productive, and safe department within the Distribution Center, meeting or exceeding daily production requirements while ensuring high quality and service levels.

• Develop and motivate associates, ensuring high morale while maintaining company culture.
• Build effective relationships with business partners such as counterparts, peers, management, union representatives, human resources, loss prevention, and transportation.
