Big Agnes is searching for a driven, people-first Assistant Store Manager to assist in opening and leading our flagship retail store in Steamboat Springs — the physical heartbeat of a brand born in the mountains. This position is not approved for remote work. The right candidate will be currently living in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, or willing to relocate to join our in-person team.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the full store experience: sales performance, team development, visual merchandising, inventory management, and community engagement
• Engage with customers on technical product details (e.g., tent pole geometry)
• Pivot to business discussions (e.g., P&L conversations) with the executive team
