Distribution Center Lead (DC Lead) - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders
• Schedule pick-ups and train/coach employees
• Monitor performance and production goals, correcting errors and escalating issues as needed
• Create BOLs (Bills of Lading) and bill orders
• Perform computer-related tasks and run reports
• Ensure adherence to processes and policies
• Identify and resolve production issues
• Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of the work area

Requirements

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma (four years)
• 2–3 years of general labor experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of lead experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Working Conditions

• Manufacturing environment with frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
• Operation of motorized forklifts and equipment for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
