Responsibilities
- Maintain daily inventory levels and conduct regular physical counts to ensure accuracy.
- Resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records and update inventory records promptly.
- Coordinate inventory movements to optimize stock flow and assist in forecasting needs based on historical data.
- Perform quality inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products, documenting findings and collaborating to resolve issues.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Show strong understanding of inventory management systems and quality control procedures.
- Have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accurate record-keeping abilities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate well in team environments.
- Have knowledge of regulatory requirements related to product safety and quality (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- One to three years of distribution center experience preferred.
- Proven experience in quality functions such as inspection, control, assurance, and audits.
- Prior experience operating powered industrial equipment (preferred).
Physical Demands / Working Environment
- Continuous exposure to industrial noise, bright overhead lighting, and varying temperatures.
- Regularly works around moving equipment and mechanical operations.
- Pushes and pulls carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment loaded with materials.
- Stands and walks for extended periods, often for the duration of a shift.
- Bends, stoops, squats, reaches to retrieve items from shelves, bins, or storage racks.
- Climbs ladders or stairs to access elevated storage areas or perform maintenance tasks.
- Operates warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Uses hands and fingers to handle small objects, operate machinery controls, and perform tasks requiring precision and accuracy.
- Performs repetitive tasks, such as scanning barcodes, sorting items, or packaging products.
- Maintains stamina and endurance to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Follows safety protocols and guidelines to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.

Pay
Starting hourly rate of $21.50. Pay progression with set starting rates within 12 months of hire. Other positions may have different starting rates based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
