Distribution Center Associate (Customer Care)

About the Role

SeekWell, the parent company of 1-800 Contacts, Luna, and Hello Eyes, is dedicated to making vision care simpler, easier, and more accessible. We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team at the Salt Lake Distribution Center, working Monday-Friday, 12pm-8:30pm, with a starting base pay of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Customer Agent issues promptly.
• Handle customer requests involving expiration dates on lenses, lot numbers, adjusting shipments, and processing Saturday deliveries.
• Assist with international orders requiring extra documentation.
• Fix print problems and release held orders.
• Provide all-around problem-solving.
• Process customer orders by picking and verifying products.
• Support warehouse projects, including product relocation, labeling shelving, cleaning up cardboard, and replenishing workstations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED equivalent).
• Call Center experience is a plus.

Pay

Starting Base Pay: $19.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 12pm-8:30pm, ON-SITE at the Salt Lake Distribution Center.
