Distribution Associate
Responsibilities
- To ensure that all products are stored correctly and in accordance with regulatory requirements
- To ensure all products are within expiration dates
- To perform accurate data entry into computer system
- To pick and pack of product orders
- To load and unload trucks by hand or using material handling equipment (forklift)
- To work with other departments to coordinate production schedules and delivery times
- To perform inventory cycle counts as required
- To reconstitute pallets when necessary
- To clean work area as needed
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
- Computer literacy is essential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are required
- Attention to detail is important
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written is necessary
- Physically able to perform the duties of the role including but not limited to lifting, bending, standing for long periods of time
