About the role

As a key member of the Supply Chain Team, the Distribution 3 role (located in Orange, MA) executes shipments aligned with department policies and provides support to the Distribution 1/Facility Lead as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Create quality, error-free shipping documentation following established procedures and guidelines.
• Process sales orders, transfer orders, and purchase orders.
• Wrap and label materials as needed.
• Load and unload product.
• Use RF technology to scan all transactions executed in the facility.
• Participate in physical inventory counts.
• Ensure reliable on-time shipments in a dynamic work environment.
• Perform a variety of projects as they occur and time permits.
• Highlight potential issues, concerns, and opportunities to the Shipping Supervisor.
• Receive inbound transfers and purchase orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Comply with all PPE requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to follow established directions and procedures.
• Knowledge of NetSuite order management process.
• Dependable team player with a positive mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Standard forklift experience; clamp truck experience preferred (must obtain internal forklift certification before operating equipment).
• OSHA 10 certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to use RF technology (preferred).
• May require occasional or seasonal overtime.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, use a keyboard, use a telephone, and climb stairs.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to drive a vehicle as needed.

Pay

$18.00–$22.00 per hour
