Distributed Training Engineer, Sora

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers to develop efficient video models
• Apply cutting-edge techniques to improve internal training framework efficiency
• Profile and optimize training framework for enhanced performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in distributed systems and machine learning engineering
• Proficient in Python and strong software engineering skills
• Experience with multi-modal machine learning pipelines
• Knowledge of optimizing training kernels
• Deep understanding of supercomputers and performance metrics
