Responsibilities
- Book and assist customers with hotel and transportation needs.
- Provide helpful information, answer questions, and respond to requests.
- Support clients in day-to-day operations via phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with products, services, and features.
Qualifications & Skills
- Customer service experience.
- Hotel or airline work experience (preferred but not essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proficient in computer use (navigating various websites, using email, and basic software systems).
- Superior interpersonal skills for internal and external communication.
- Ability to make independent decisions and multitask.
- Availability to assist operations during extraordinary circumstances.
- Strong communication skills.
- One to two years of hotel, airline, or call center experience (preferred).
