Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions
• Serve as a senior hands-on contributor and subject matter expert
• Build reusable AI services and frameworks for multiple teams
• Translate business opportunities into scalable AI solutions
• Lead decisions on buy, build, and integration of AI solutions
• Guide implementation teams on architecture and deployment of AI solutions
• Mentor junior engineers to enhance AI engineering capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 15+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and large-scale architecture
• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI/ML systems at scale
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
• Experience with APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms
