Compensation

This position is hourly. Pay starts at $21.25/hour, with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $22.45/hour. An additional $1/hour is offered for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators and for working the overnight shift.

We're hiring Distribution Center Associates with full-time positions available! Join our team in Pineville, NC, at our brand new Bulk Distribution Center located at 11925 Carolina Logistics Drive, Pineville, NC 28134.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, initially 9:30am - 6:00pm, then transitioning to 9:00am - 5:30pm. All positions are work-to-finish, and shift end times may vary.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, such as unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detail.
• Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team.

Requirements

• Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
• Frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to receive feedback and work well in a team environment.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical lifting assessment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Great attention to detail, quality, and safety.

Additional Information

For PIE operators: Operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment, and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, and Turret Truck.
