We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.
We need to parse the job posting.
First, we need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions.
We need to preserve all substantive info.
We need to format sections.
Let's extract content.
The posting starts: "At Brightspeed, we are reimagining how people live, work, play and connect by providing fast, reliable internet connections and an awesome customer experience in twenty states throughout the Midwest and South. Backed by funds managed by Apollo Global Management, our vision is to accelerate the upgrade of copper to fiber optic technologies, bringing faster and more reliable internet service to many rural markets traditionally underserved by broadband providers, while delivering best-in-class customer experience. Be a part of the team that will make this vision a reality….designing and building a world class fiber network and creating a customer experience second to none. Check us out on the web! Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Telecom Dispute Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong telecom dispute knowledge, including CABS, intercarrier billing, access charges, and billing variance analysis. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with telecom tariffs, contracts, and dispute workflows, with the ability to manage complex, high-impact cases while meeting deadlines and service-level expectations."
So we can have an "About the role" section summarizing that.
Then "Key Responsibilities" list.
Then "Qualifications" (maybe separate from Requirements). The posting has "Qualifications" heading later.
Also "Competency" list.
"Work Environment & Schedule" includes schedule info.
"Additional Information" includes benefits etc.
We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which sections have content.
- About the role: we have description of company and role overview. Yes.
- Responsibilities: we have list of key responsibilities.
- Requirements: maybe combine qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications" with bullet list of education, experience, etc. Could treat as Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe separate? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications sections; we could put education/experience under Requirements, and skills/competencies under Skills.
- Skills: we have list of competencies: Telecom billing and dispute expertise, Tariff and contract interpretation, Critical thinking and quantitative analysis, Strong documentation and communication, Attention to detail and accuracy, Cross-functional collaboration, Accountability and ownership.
- Benefits: we have benefits description: competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, employee assistance program, 401K with match, voluntary benefits, inclusion etc. Also "We Offer Competitive Compensation And Comprehensive Benefits." So we can include Benefits.
- Pay: The posting does not mention specific pay/salary. It says "We Offer Competitive Compensation" but no numbers. According to rule: do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. Since no specific pay, we should omit Pay section.
- Schedule: we have "Work Environment & Schedule Full-time role with standard business hours. Full Remote Occasional overtime during peak billing or dispute cycles." So we have schedule info: full-time, standard business hours, full remote, occasional overtime. So we can include Schedule section.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Schedule.
We need to decide naming: Use exactly the headings given: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can omit Requirements if we put content under Qualifications? But we need to decide.
The posting has "Qualifications" heading with bullet list. It also has "Competency" list which could be Skills. It also has "Work Environment & Schedule". It also has "Additional Information" with benefits.
Thus we can map:
- About the role: company description + position overview.
- Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities list.
- Qualifications: the bullet list under "Qualifications" (education, experience, etc.)
- Skills: the Competency list.
- Benefits: the "Why join us?" and benefits description.
- Schedule: Work Environment & Schedule.
We should not include Requirements separately if we already have Qualifications; but we could also treat Requirements as the same as Qualifications. However the instruction says to use those headings only when posting has real specific content for it. If we put content under Qualifications, we should not also create Requirements unless there is distinct content. The posting does not have a separate "Requirements" section besides the qualifications list. So we can omit Requirements heading.
Thus output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Schedule.
Now we need to format:

Now we need to format: About the role
then
... prose ...
maybe combine multiple paragraphs. For lists: use- .
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details exactly as given, but we can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep the information, but we can rewrite in our own words as long as we don't lose detail? Safer to copy the sentences verbatim.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, privacy notices, accommodation request, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
Let's extract substantive content.
