Display Tech I, Warehouse

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the display production line to support daily operations.
• Move raw materials, packaging, supplies, finished goods, and other items between the warehouse and production areas.
• Accurately record the movement of materials, packaging, supplies, and finished goods using issue and return tags or RF scanning equipment.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate shortages of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to the appropriate supervisor.
• Remove line waste and help maintain an efficient production environment.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Wear required personal protective equipment and follow company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and warehouse operations.
• Be available to work extended hours based on production needs, including evenings and weekends when required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work within temperature-controlled environments (Heat/Cold).
• Walk on slippery wet surfaces.
• Hand/eye coordination.
• Handling (holding, grasping).
• Seeing/depth perception.
• Walk/stand 100% of shift.
• Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Occasionally reach at/or above shoulder level.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 50 lbs and occasionally assist with team lifts of up to 110 lbs.
• Repetitive motions and movements throughout the scheduled shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication, reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Able to complete required quality and safety training.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
• Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, forklift, and RF scanning experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
