About the role
A Pharmacist position in a closed-door Long Term Care facility, supporting pharmacy operations and ensuring safe medication dispensing.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process medication orders
- Maintain pharmacy security
- Verify technician entries
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of medications
- Prepare sterile IV solutions if needed
- Manage controlled substance inventory
- Adhere to DEA and state laws
- Follow all regulations including HIPAA
- Provide coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Requirements
- Licensed pharmacist in Ohio in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (DPharm) degree
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in Long Term Care pharmacy
- IV certification preferred
- Immunization certification or willingness to obtain

Pay
$50.48 - $84.62 per hour
Schedule
