Essential Functions

• Driving Business & Sales
• Leading, coaching, and developing team members in sales techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting dispensary environment
• Ensuring proper execution of store opening and closing procedures
• Serving as a company brand ambassador and ensuring all team members represent the brand appropriately
• Implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Qualifications & Education

• Must be 21 years of age or older (18 in NY)
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or sales
• Strong knowledge of state-specific cannabis laws and compliance regulations
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, POS systems, and inventory management software
• Ability to analyze sales data, customer trends, and product performance to drive business improvements
• Experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and online advertising, is a plus

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements
• Exposure to fumes, dust, odors, heights, motion, and noise
