Dispensary Entry Agent Team Lead

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce Solar Therapeutics safety and entry procedures
• Enthusiastically greet all customers, staff and visitors that enter the building
• Check identification of all customers and visitors before permitting them inside the building
• Monitor the security cameras and alert management of potential diversion or safety breaches
• Answer front desk phone and direct calls accordingly
• Write various reports (post event and informational)
• Aid in clearing snow and/or applying salt to building exterior walkways, including any entrance or exit
• Create work schedules for Dispensary Entry Agents
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with handling confidential information
• Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
• Organizational and time management skills required
