Dispensary Entry Agent

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce safety and entry procedures
• Enthusiastically greet all customers, staff, and visitors
• Check identification of all customers and visitors
• Monitor security cameras and alert management of potential issues
• Answer front desk phone and direct calls
• Assist with clearing snow and applying salt to the building exterior
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Proactive, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Organizational and time management skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Additional Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Pass all required background checks
• Work nights, holidays, and weekends
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and company policies
• Frequently move up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)
