Dispensary Associate - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on their cannabis journey by educating them on benefits and potential side effects.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers with empathy and compassion.
• Facilitate purchases per state regulations while delivering an elevated patient experience.
• Assist managers with returns in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures; work with leadership to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues and document concerns on their profile.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout each shift.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Responsibilities

• As Delivery Associate (as needed): Must possess a valid driver’s license and clear driving record; follow all Trulieve policies and procedures.
• As Online Support: Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, within a 2-hour timeframe.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or a similar field.
• Minimum 21 years of age (18 in CT, PA, and WV).
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions; interact respectfully with customers and team members.
• Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform job duties.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday and meet sensory requirements.
• Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people.

Physical Requirements

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout the facility; accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information; observe/inspect details at varying ranges; operate computing devices.
• Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights; push/pull objects up to 50 lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50 lbs; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; position self and/or objects at floor level.
• Occasionally required to remain in a seated position.

Schedule

Flexible hours depending on store needs; must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Position works up to 25 hours per week with potential after-hours availability based on business needs.
