Dispensary Associate - Part Time

Role Overview The Dispensary Associate provides exceptional customer service by educating customers on cannabis products, assisting with purchases, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. They handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, process orders efficiently, and maintain a clean, stocked workspace. Additional duties include supporting online orders and, as needed, delivery services, which require a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Key Responsibilities Guide customers through product selection and educate on benefits and effects.Assist with returns, online orders, and delivery tasks.Document customer concerns and maintain operational standards.Support management to enhance the customer experience.Perform tasks related to inventory, safety, and cleanliness. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience preferred.Must be at least 21 years old (18+ in some states) and pass a background check.Strong communication, interpersonal, and cash handling skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Physical ability to perform job duties, including moving and lifting up to 50 lbs.
