Dispensary Associate & Delivery Driver (Part-time)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and check IDs to verify legal purchasing age.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
• Educate customers about cannabis products, including strains, effects, consumption methods, and safety.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail space.

Back-of-House (BOH)

• Receive, unpack, and label incoming inventory, ensuring all products meet compliance requirements.
• Track and manage inventory levels using dispensary management software.
• Audit inventory regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare orders as needed, including product packaging, pre-rolling, or other tasks.
• Dispose of waste materials properly in adherence to state and local cannabis regulations.

Delivery

• Deliver orders in a safe and timely manner, adhering to NJCRC guidelines.
• Provide top-notch customer service to ANJA’s customers along the delivery route.
• Ensure each delivery includes name & age verification, customer signatures, and accurate delivery notes using ANJA’s technology platforms of choice.
• Tight adherence to delivery route using ANJA’s technology platform of choice.
• Verify order accuracy before end-point delivery to customer.
• Respond and report incidents, if any, quickly and accurately.
