Dispatcher/Valet-OVERNIGHT

Pay Rate: $19.29 per hour

• Location: Canopy, Commerce City, CO
• Shifts Available: Overnight, Swings, Weekends & Holidays

About the role

Responsibilities

• Serves as central control for day-to-day vehicle communications, trip routing and handling emergency situations
• Diligently monitors shuttles to include on time performance, vehicle pull outs and properly documents rider no-shows
• Maintains a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
• Provides customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
• May be required to drive in service when required
• Documents service disruption issues utilizing dispatch log
• Ensures accurate assignment of vehicles and operators

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School degree preferred
• Drivers license for at least 2 years
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
• Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
• Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
